Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Repair in Waco, TX
Texian Cold Trading Co. LLC is headquartered right here in Waco at 1129 Webster Ave, minutes from downtown, the Silos District, and Baylor University. When you call us, you’re calling a local business — not a regional dispatcher routing your job out of another city.

Why Waco Businesses Choose Texian Cold
Clayton Kerr founded Texian Cold after 25+ years working commercial refrigeration across Central Texas. The company holds Texas HVAC license TACLA89963C and is R290 (natural refrigerant) certified — important for the newer Energy Star walk-ins and ice machines showing up in modern Waco builds. We’re factory authorized for Norlake, Master-Bilt, Norcold, and Atosa, we service all major commercial brands, and we stock common parts on the truck, so first-trip fixes are the norm rather than the exception.
Because our shop is in Waco, same-day service is genuinely same-day. A walk-in going down at 10 a.m. on Franklin Avenue isn’t a “we’ll see you tomorrow” call — it’s a same-shift fix.
Our Waco Service Area
We cover the full Waco metro and surrounding McLennan County, including Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson, Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, Beverly Hills, China Spring, and West. Whether you’re on I-35, Highway 6, Loop 340, or out toward Lake Waco, we’re a short drive away. Restaurants on Austin Avenue, hotels near the Silos, medical facilities along Hillcrest, and convenience stores up and down the I-35 corridor — we’re already on those routes daily.
