Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Repair in Mexia, TX
Mexia sits about 40 miles east of Waco on Highway 84, in Limestone County. The local economy is anchored by small-town commercial — restaurants, c-stores, grocery, hardware, ag and ranching support, and the businesses serving travelers along Hwy 84 and visitors heading to nearby Fort Parker State Park. Mexia doesn’t have the commercial volume of an I-35 city, but its operators face the same problem when something breaks: a Dallas or Houston contractor isn’t going to drive out for a same-day call. Texian Cold Trading Co. LLC will, and does, regularly.
Mexia Businesses We Serve
Restaurants on the downtown square, c-stores along Hwy 84, the local grocery, fast-food on the highway, ranch and ag-related businesses, and the hospitality operators serving Fort Parker State Park visitors all rely on us for commercial refrigeration and HVAC. Mexia is small enough that our techs end up on a first-name basis with the owners — that’s the advantage of using a regional shop instead of a national dispatch service.
Commercial Equipment We Repair and Install
Across the Mexia service area, we handle walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machine repair and replacement, HVAC repair and new HVAC installation, hot-side cooking equipment, and maintenance contracts that head off the kind of failures small-town operators can least afford.
A Local Team, Not a Big-City Dispatcher
Texas HVAC license TACLA89963C, R290 certified, 25+ years under founder Clayton Kerr. From Waco it’s a straight run east on Hwy 84 to Mexia — short enough that we treat Mexia calls the same as Waco calls. We service the major commercial refrigeration and HVAC brands, and we’re factory authorized for Norlake and Master-Bilt, an authorized Norcold agent/dealer, and an Atosa authorized service tech. We stock common parts on the truck.
Limestone County and the Highway 84 Corridor
We cover Mexia and the surrounding communities including Tehuacana, Wortham, Coolidge, Prairie Hill, Kosse, and Donie. Mexia sits naturally next to our nearby Groesbeck service area — both Limestone County, both on our Hwy 84 east route from Waco.
