A Robinson TX restaurant called with its walk-in cooler not holding temperature and the rooftop condensing unit not running. Clay found the contactor pulled in, the compressor off on its internal thermal overload, and a burnt condenser fan motor. The high pressure safety and fan cycle control had both been cut out of the circuit by others, so nothing shut the system down when the fan quit. Clay replaced the fan motor and run capacitor, installed a new fan cycle control, and replaced a failing low pressure switch with a new dual pressure control.
