A Waco business needed its Hoshizaki ice machine back in service after an earlier visit found a failed water inlet valve. Texian Cold sourced a replacement Hoshizaki 115-volt supply valve, returned once it arrived, installed it, and verified proper operation. The inlet valve controls the water that fills the machine for each freeze cycle. When it fails, the machine may overfill, leak, or get too little water to make a full batch of ice, and production drops or stops. Using the correct OEM part keeps the fill matched to the machine.
