Replaced a Failed Control Board on a Waco Research Lab Climate Unit 05.28.26
A Waco, TX research laboratory needed the electronic controls replaced on a precision climate-controlled unit that maintains a tightly regulated environment for temperature-sensitive specimens. Lead technician Clay removed and replaced the failed control board and the tablet-style interface, then verified the temperature sensors were reading within roughly 0.3 percent accuracy so the system holds its setpoint reliably. He also replaced the drain pan heater, set it to a three-quarter fill, and added catch pans beneath the units to keep condensate clearing cleanly. The unit was restored to accurate, stable operation the same day. Need commercial or specialty refrigeration controls serviced anywhere in Central Texas? Call 254-272-2714.
