A Waco apartment complex asked Texian Cold to check two of its air conditioning units. On the first unit, Clay replaced a failed blower run capacitor and restarted the system, then found it low on refrigerant. He replaced the brass core caps on the service ports and added 5 lbs of R-422B to bring the charge back up. The second unit had the opposite problem: the system was overcharged, so he adjusted the refrigerant charge to correct it.
