Refrigeration System Check at a Waco Restaurant 07.06.26
A Waco restaurant asked for a check of every refrigeration system on site. Clay verified all units were cooling as needed and cleaned grease buildup from several condenser coils. He found the center walk-in cooler in poor condition, with heavily deteriorated panels and the wall it shares with the freezer frozen solid, which was pushing frost onto the cooler side. He recommended replacing the entire cooler and freezer combo. He also returned to install two new flush-mount analog thermometers on the walk-in coolers.
