Refrigeration Piping and Startup at a New Axtell Build
A new commercial build near N 9th St in Axtell TX needed its refrigeration system finished and commissioned before opening day. Clay picked the job up at the handoff stage: equipment was set and electricians had left wiring at the terminal, but nothing was sealed, charged, or started. He welded the loose refrigerant piping connections, pulled a deep vacuum to EPA standards, and charged the system with virgin R404A. He completed the electrical terminations and ran both insulated and heated drain lines where the design required them. After startup he verified pressures and proper operation.
