2 chiller condenser off on alarms; unit shutdown in failures, t114=low suction super heat and t055=compressor b1. reset alarms to diagnose with system running. b1 is low on gas. was converted to 407c last year. leaking umloader. will quote replacement. added 24 r407c. ran thru system. 2nd stage us low. added 48 lbs. found blockage at erv valve and replaced the e r v valve and to clean the condenser thoroughly.
