A Waco hotel called in September 2026 with problems on a one-door upright freezer. Clay found the freezer unplugged and the evaporator cover hanging loose. He re-secured the panel and started the unit, but a growl at startup and a burnt plug pointed to the compressor drawing excessive amps. He let it run overnight and returned to check on it. On the follow-up visit he replaced a broken drain connector with an OEM drain tail piece and secured a loose condenser fan baffle. The freezer was back online and cooling.
