A Waco bar had its commercial ice machine due for a routine cleaning, so Clay stopped in on September 3 to pull the panels and service the unit. In bar and restaurant settings these machines pull in dust and airborne grease, and it settles in the condenser section where it restricts airflow and pushes head pressure up. Clay opened the front and side panels, cleaned the condenser and compressor compartment, and closed the machine back up. The unit was left in service the same day.
