Carls Corner Replaced Clogged Rooftop Filters at a Hillsboro Commercial Building

Management at a Hillsboro commercial building reported water dripping from the ceiling near several air diffusers. Clay accessed the rooftop and found most of the RTUs running on dirty, plugged air filters, choking airflow until warm air stalled at the ceiling and condensed. He replaced filters on the three in-service units, adjusted tension on a rooftop unit, and flagged drain lines and P-traps pulling loose and letting warm air into the cabinets.
