Fixed an Unmounted TEV Bulb on a Woodway Restaurant Walk-In Cooler 08.20.26

A Woodway restaurant called with a walk-in cooler running warm and a sight glass that would not clear on a system installed by others. Four pounds of R-404A went in on that reading before a twenty-pound pressure drop turned up across the filter drier, pointing at a restriction rather than a low charge. Clay returned with the part, replaced the drier, and cleared the drop, but heavy flashing remained. Checking the expansion valve turned up a sensing bulb that had never been installed, leaving the valve wide open with no superheat control.
