A convenience store in Temple, TX had a three-door reach-in drink cooler that was steadily losing temperature and struggling to hold its beverages cold. Clay traced the problem to the outdoor condensing unit, where the condenser fan blade had come off and the fan motor had failed, leaving the system unable to reject heat and running low on refrigerant. He installed a new condenser fan motor and blade, restored proper airflow across the coil, and recharged the system to spec. The cooler was back to temperature the same day.
