Defrost Timer Repair. Examined condenser and found bad defrost timer. Replaced timer and set to recommended defrost schedule of 4 times a day at 30 min. Left breaker off to allow the coils to completely defrost. Instructed agent of where the breaker is located so when the coils completely clear she can turn system back on. Will take a couple hours to clear.
